    Training

    We've teamed up with Kick Start Boot Camp Training which means you get exclusive access to our private training facility at RTB Performance for 2 weeks (2 sessions per week) at no cost to you. Then you get 2 weeks of 2 sessions per week free with Kick Start Boot Camp Training at Warley Woods.

    RTB Performance

    You'll be training by appointment only with one of our RTB Performance Coaches and 2 other clients as you're taken through a structured fat loss programme that will increase your metabolism and firm up all those wobbly bits.
    Training sessions are 1 hour and limited times are available so please check availability before signing up.

    Kick Start Boot Camp

    Once you have completed your two weeks of training with RTB Performance you will be invited to train with Kick Start Boot Camp Training at Warley Woods.
    You will train twice a week and have a choice of either morning or evening sessions.

    Nutrition

    Nutrition plays a big part in your results with both RTB Performance & Kick Start Boot Camp. Thats why we have 3 plans that you get to choose from with a little help from your body. Using our guide to nutrition plans you get to pick which nutrition plan is going to suit your body type best.
    If you continue to train with us after the 4 week period with RTB Performance, you'll get a full macronutrient profile. Telling you exactly how much protein, carbohydrates and fats you should be eating.
    If you decide to continue with Kick Start Boot Camp Training, you'll be added on to their 28 Day Transformation here
